Cooking with cauliflower is something that is completely new to me. Cauliflower was never really a vegetable we ate when I was growing up. I’m not really sure why, but I think my mum always found it a little bland. I wanted to challenge this idea, and pack my roasted cauliflower with lots of flavour, and what better way to do it than with the most flavourful condiment: sriracha. This simple side dish for Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower uses 5-ingredients – cauliflower, sriracha, garlic, olive oil and salt. It doesn’t get much faster or easier – plus it’s a simple vegan dish if that’s something you’re on the lookout for.
With the Olympics officially kicked off (so proud of our Canadian athletes!) I’m looking for simple and quick dishes so I can watch as many events as possible. I’m Olympic-crazy – I really don’t understand how any of my professors expect me to do any work during the Olympics.
A simple, healthy 5-ingredient side dish.
