Snow Day Hot Cocoa

- 2 cups milk
- 1 ¼ cup water
- ⅓ cup whipping cream
- 3 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Heat milk, water and cream in a pot over medium-high heat. Add chocolates, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Whisk until chocolate is melted and whisk in honey. Serve and top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
