/6 oz cans of tuna packed in water

drained

cup
diced apple
,
roughly half an apple

green onion
,
sliced
1
tablespoon
mayonnaise
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard

teaspoon
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
chopped capers

Pita pockets
Instructions
In a bowl, mix tuna with apple, green onion, mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice and chopped capers.
Serve in pita pockets with lettuce, tomatoes and radishes.
