- 2 avocados
- ¾ cup crumbled feta
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
- 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
In a food processor, pulse avocado, feta, onion, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Puree again until smooth.
