Pesto Cauliflower

Toss cauliflower with pesto and parmesan cheese for a simple an delicious side dish!

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Whisk pesto with olive oil, salt and chili flakes. Toss with cauliflower on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 15-18 minutes until cauliflower is starting to brown and caramelize.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
