Turkey and Spinach Meatballs

These simple turkey spinach meatballs are a quick weeknight recipe ready in under 45 minutes. They are extra tender and made with ground turkey, fresh spinach, garlic and oregano.

  • 1 lb ground turkey, or chicken
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 375F and grease a baking sheet with a little olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine turkey with spinach, egg, bread crumbs, milk, garlic, parmesan cheese, dried oregano and salt.
  • Form into 12 medium meatballs and place on baking sheet 1-inch apart.
  • Bake for 20-24 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked.
