Ginger Turmeric Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled and pith removed
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, or other milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
