Quick Roasted Teriyaki Salmon
Get dinner on the table quickly with this 20-minute marinated teriyaki roasted salmon recipe with a homemade teriyaki glaze made with soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, ginger and garlic

- 4 salmon fillets, about 6-8oz each
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
In a glass dish, whisk soy sauce with honey, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic.
Add salmon, skin side up, to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with foil. Add salmon; pour remaining marinade over salmon.
Roast for 13-15 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
