Quick Roasted Teriyaki Salmon

Get dinner on the table quickly with this 20-minute marinated teriyaki roasted salmon recipe with a homemade teriyaki glaze made with soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, ginger and garlic

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6-8oz each
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  • In a glass dish, whisk soy sauce with honey, rice vinegar, ginger and garlic.
  • Add salmon, skin side up, to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with foil. Add salmon; pour remaining marinade over salmon.
  • Roast for 13-15 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
