This triple berry smoothie made with yogurt, frozen berries, peanut butter and frozen kale for the perfect breakfast to kickstart your day.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup frozen berry mix
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk, regular milk or a non-dairy milk, nut milk, oat milk etcl
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup frozen kale or spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until fully combined.
