Ingredients
⅔
cup
frozen berry mix
,
or a combination of strawberries, raspberries, blueberris and blackberries
½
cup
plain yogurt
,
or Greek yogurt
¾
cup
milk
,
or a non-dairy milk, nut milk, oat milk etc,
½
frozen banana
¼
cup
frozen kale or spinach

tablespoon
rolled oats
1
tablespoon
peanut butter
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until fully combined.
Notes
If you'd like to sweeten the smoothie, try adding 1 teaspoon of honey.
