Ingredients
For salad:
1
lb
new potatoes
,
halved
1
lb
asparagus
,
cut into 1-inch pieces
For dressing:
2
tablespoon
mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
grainy mustard
1
teaspoon
white wine vinegar
1
teaspoon
honey
¼
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Boil water in a large pot. Add new potatoes and cook for 7 minutes.
Add asparagus, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk ingredients for dressing.
Add potatoes and asparagus to dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
