Ingredients

delicata squash
,
halved, seeds removed and cut in ½" slices
2
tablespoon
olive oil
2
teaspoon
fresh thyme leaves
1
teaspoon
white balsamic vinegar
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Toss squash with olive oil, thyme and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with salt.
Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
